We're getting married in one of Utah's most beautiful corners and there's no shortage of ways to make a weekend (or week) of it. Whether you're after adventure, relaxation, or a little of both, the Heber Valley and Park City have you covered.

Get Outside

Hiking & Biking — 400+ miles of trails in and around Park City, from easy lakeside strolls to serious mountain singletrack.

Fly Fishing — The Provo River is a Blue Ribbon trout stream. Guided or solo, it's one of the best fishing spots in the West.

Horseback Riding — Explore the valley on horseback through guided rides in the surrounding mountains and meadows.

ATV & RZR Rentals — Hit the backcountry trails around Wasatch Mountain State Park with a guided or self-guided off-road adventure.

On the Water

Deer Creek & Jordanelle Reservoirs — Two stunning reservoirs minutes from the venue. Rent a boat, paddleboard, or just soak up the views.

Homestead Crater — A geothermal hot spring inside a 55-ft limestone dome. Swim, soak, snorkel, or scuba dive in 90–96°F mineral water, year round.

Over-Water Zipline — Zipline Utah at Deer Creek is one of the longest over-water ziplines in the world. Not for the faint of heart.

Thrills & Fun

Utah Olympic Park — Bobsled rides, zip lines, an alpine slide, and a museum celebrating Park City's 2002 Olympic legacy.

Alpine Coaster — Park City Mountain's 3,000-ft luge-style coaster is one of the longest in the world. Pure fun.

The Heber Creeper — A historic steam train that winds through Provo Canyon past Deer Creek Reservoir. Great for families.

Hot Air Balloon — Float above the Wasatch Mountains at sunrise. One of the most breathtaking ways to see the valley.

Food, Drink & Culture

Historic Main Street — Park City's heart, lined with boutiques, galleries, and some of the best restaurants in Utah.

High West Distillery — Utah's first legal distillery since the 1870s. Whiskey flights and hearty alpine food in a cozy downtown saloon.

Heber Valley Artisan Cheese — Award-winning cheeses from local family-run creameries. A must-stop for food lovers.

Golf — Three courses in the valley — Wasatch Mountain,

Soldier Hollow, and Homestead — all with stunning mountain backdrops.

Scenic Drives

Guardsman Pass — A winding high-altitude road connecting Midway to Big Cottonwood Canyon. Jaw-dropping views, especially in the fall.

Cascade Springs — A beautiful 7.5-mile drive from Midway to natural mountain springs. Easy, scenic, and completely worth it.
